I am a breastfeeding mom so I express milk while at work. My boss is so kind to give me time to express and store milk for my baby. HR is good enough to let me use the training room for my sessions.

I used to put this sign on the door to inform people that the room is already occupied. I don’t use it anymore because most of my officemates are already aware that if the door to the training room is locked, I am inside doing my stuff.
